Primary Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for promoting the value proposition, products, and services of Greener Corporation, resulting in the development of new sales opportunities and the effective maintenance of customer relationships.

·      Provide daily support to Sales Team, including International Sales Reps, and interact regularly with Technical Sales Representatives to ensure timely and accurate information flow and follow-up.


·      Respond in a timely and proactive manner to requests for information or assistance related to order specifications, application assistance, product selection, delivery time, and the resolution of customer issues.


·      Through proficient use of consulting and interpersonal skills (via phone and email), engage and probe customers and prospects to identify how the range of Greener products and services can provide optimal solutions for their needs.


·      Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Greener Corporation products and capabilities to help customers and prospects understand the advantages compared to similar offerings from our competitors.


·      Utilize technical competencies to develop effective customer proposals and requests for quotation.


·      Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business by making prospecting telephone calls to identify potential opportunities with current and potential customers.


·      Develop and maintain customer activity tracking reports and information database; perform data entry tasks as required.

·      Coordinate trade show activities (organize stand design, order components, coordinate shipping, etc.)


·      Provide back-up for other Inside Sales Representatives as required.


·      High School diploma required. 

·      Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical/industrial field preferred, or minimum 2 years commensurate work experience. Proficient in the use of computers and software programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

·      Must have the demonstrated ability to understand manufacturing and mechanical concepts and to successfully communicate them to others, and the aptitude and willingness to develop sales skills.

·      Sales experience or demonstrated sales and customer relationship skills.

·      Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability and desire to service a diverse group (national origin, level or functional dept., etc.) of customers and prospects. 

·      Excellent verbal and written communication.

·      Ability to utilize discretion and judgment when interacting with customers to ensure high levels of satisfactionand to operate in a professional manner in line with company objectives, policies and values.

·      Ability to stay composed and professional while dealing with customer concerns and requirements.

·     Ability to prioritize and multi-task numerous activities while remaining available for incoming calls.
